159 - أَخْبَرَنَا هِبَةُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُمَرَ، ثنا ابْنُ بُنْدَارٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ، ثنا عُتْبَةُ بْنُ السَّكَنِ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «يَا أَنَسُ الْإِيمَانُ نِصْفَانِ نِصْفٌ شُكْرٌ، وَنِصْفٌ صَبْرٌ»
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Anas! «إيمان نصفان: نصف شكر ونصف صبر»." (Faith is two halves: half is gratitude and half is patience.)
