إِنَّ لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ دَعْوَةً، وَإِنِّي اخْتَبَأْتُ دَعْوَتِي شَفَاعَةً لِأُمَّتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ
Every prophet has a supplication, and I have kept my supplication as intercession for my nation on the Day of Resurrection

1043 - أنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، أنا ابْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ، نا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ، نا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ دَعْوَةً قَدْ دَعَا بِهَا فِي أُمَّتِهِ، وَإِنِّي اخْتَبَأْتُ دَعْوَتِي شَفَاعَةً لِأُمَّتِي»
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, every prophet has a supplication which he makes for his ummah, and indeed I have kept my supplication hidden for interceding on behalf of my ummah."
