Hadith 11025
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saw spit or filth fallen in the direction of the qiblah in the mosque. Hadith 11026
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade turning a waterskin upside down, making a hole in it, and drinking water directly from its mouth by putting one's mouth to it.

Once a man asked Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) about the lower garment (izar), whether he had heard any saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him) regarding this. He replied, "Yes! Remember, I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) say that a Muslim's lower garment should be up to the middle of the shin. There is no harm if it is between the shin and the ankles, but the part of the lower garment that is below the ankles will be in Hell." This sentence was repeated three times.

Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) says that once I was sitting in a gathering of the Ansar when Hazrat Abu Musa Ash'ari (may Allah be pleased with him) came to us in a state of anxiety and said, "Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) had ordered me to come to him. I went to him and asked for permission to enter three times, but I was not granted permission, so I returned, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said that whoever seeks permission three times and is not granted permission should return. Now Hazrat Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) is saying that either present a witness for this or I will punish you. I have come to make one of you a witness." Upon this, Hazrat Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "In this matter, even the youngest boy among us can go with you." I was the youngest among them, so I went with him and testified that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) indeed said that whoever seeks permission three times and is not granted permission should return.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) observed i'tikaf during the middle ten days of Ramadan: we also observed i'tikaf with him. When the morning of the twentieth day came, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by us while we were moving our belongings. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever was observing i'tikaf should remain in his i'tikaf. I had seen Laylat al-Qadr, but then its exact determination was made to be forgotten by me. However, on that night I saw myself prostrating in mud. At that time, the roof of Masjid Nabawi was made of wood. That night it rained, and I saw that there were marks of mud on the nose and forehead of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once ascended the pulpit and said: "What I fear most for you is that Allah will bring forth for you the vegetation of the earth and the adornments of the world." A man asked, "O Messenger of Allah! Can good also bring about evil?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) remained silent until we saw that revelation was being sent down upon him. He began to sweat and became anxious. Then he said, "Where is the questioner?" He replied, "I am present here, and my intention was only for good." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said three times, "Good always brings about good." However, this world is lush and sweet, and the wild grass that grows in the spring causes the animal to bloat and die from indigestion, but the animal that grazes on ordinary grass continues to eat, and when its stomach is full, it comes into the sun and passes dung and urine, then returns and eats again. Similarly, whoever acquires wealth with its due right, there is blessing placed in it for him, and whoever acquires it unjustly, there is no blessing placed in it for him, and he is like the one who keeps eating but is never satisfied.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When any one of you enters a garden and wants to eat, he should call the owner of the garden three times. If he comes, very good; otherwise, he may eat alone. Similarly, when any one of you passes by a camel and wants to drink its milk, he should call the owner of the camel. If he comes, very good; otherwise, he may drink its milk. And hospitality is for three days; whatever is beyond that is charity.

(1) Those who believed in Allah and His Messenger, then had no doubt in it, and they strive in the way of Allah with their lives and wealth. (2) Those from whom people's lives and wealth are safe. (3) Those who feel a desire for something and then abandon it for the pleasure of Allah.

Hadith 11058
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the uncle of the Prophet (peace be upon him), Khawaja Abu Talib, was mentioned in the presence of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Hadith 11059
Abu Yaqub al-Khayyat (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once, on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, I was in Madinah Munawwarah with Mus'ab bin Zubair (may Allah have mercy on him). He sent a messenger to Hazrat Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) to find out what the practice of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was on the day of Eid. He informed that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform the prayer before the sermon. Accordingly, Mus'ab (may Allah have mercy on him) also led the prayer before the sermon on that day.
Hadith 11060
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that my mother sent me to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "Go and request help from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)." So I presented myself before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and sat down. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) turned towards me and said, "Whoever seeks chastity, Allah grants him chastity; whoever seeks sufficiency from Allah, Allah grants him sufficiency; and whoever seeks contentment from Allah, Allah grants him contentment. And whoever asks us for something and we have it, we will give it to him." Hearing this, that man went back and did not ask the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) for anything. And whoever asks someone despite having the value of an uqiyah of silver with him, he is persistently begging. I thought to myself that my she-camel 'Yaqootah' is worth more than an uqiyah, so I returned and did not ask the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) for anything.
