It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sell gold for gold and silver for silver in equal amounts, do not increase or decrease in them, and do not sell any of them that is absent for one that is present.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) and Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to offer voluntary prayers on his mount, regardless of which direction it was facing, and he would perform this prayer by gestures, bowing lower in prostration than in bowing.

Abu Salamah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once I went to Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) and requested that we go to the garden and talk there. He set out, and I requested him to tell me whatever he had heard from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding Laylat al-Qadr. He said: Once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed i'tikaf during the first ten days of Ramadan; we also performed i'tikaf with him. Jibreel came to him and said: "That which you are seeking is ahead." (So the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, performed i'tikaf during the middle ten days, and the same thing happened.) When the morning of the twentieth day came, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up to deliver a sermon and said: "Whoever was in i'tikaf should remain in his i'tikaf. I saw Laylat al-Qadr, but then its exact date was made to be forgotten by me. However, during that night, I saw myself prostrating in mud. At that time, there were no clouds in the sky, but suddenly clouds appeared. In those days, the roof of the Prophet's Mosque was made of wood. That very night, it rained, and I saw that there were marks of mud on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) nose and forehead. This was the confirmation of the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) dream."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that we set out with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) for the Battle of Hunain on the seventeenth or eighteenth of Ramadan. Some of us kept fast and some did not, but neither the one who fasted found fault with the one who did not, nor did the one who did not fast find fault with the one who fasted. (This means that whoever had the strength to fast would do so, and whoever did not have the strength would leave it and make it up later.)

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: On the Day of Resurrection, when the Muslims will be saved from Hell, they will be stopped on a bridge between Paradise and Hell, and retribution will be taken from them for the wrongs and worldly dealings they had with each other. And when they are purified and cleansed, then they will be permitted to enter Paradise. By Him in Whose hand is my soul, each of them will know the way to his house in Paradise better than he knew the way to his house in the world.
Hadith 11707
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no zakat on less than five camels, no zakat on less than five uqiyah of silver, and no zakat on less than five wasq of wheat.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The last two men will come out of Hell. Allah will say to one of them: O son of Adam! What preparation have you made for this day? Have you done any good deed? Or did you have any hope from Me? He will say: No. So, by Allah’s command, he will be returned to Hell, and he will be the most regretful among all the people of Hell. Then Allah will ask the other: O son of Adam! What preparation have you made for this day? Have you done any good deed? Or did you have any hope from Me? He will say: Yes, my Lord! I had hope that if You took me out of Hell once, You would not return me to it again. Meanwhile, he will see a tree and say: O Lord! Bring me near to this tree so that I may enjoy its shade and eat its fruit. Allah will again take the same promise from him. Suddenly, he will see another tree and say: O Lord! Bring me near to this tree so that I may enjoy its shade and eat its fruit. Allah will again take the same promise from him. Suddenly, he will see an even more beautiful tree and say: O Lord! Bring me near to this tree so that I may enjoy its shade and eat its fruit. Allah will again take the same promise from him. Then he will see the shade of the people and hear their voices, so he will say: O Lord! Admit me into Paradise. After this, there is a difference of opinion between Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) and Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): according to Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him), he will be admitted into Paradise and given the world and one time more than it, and according to Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), he will be given the world and ten times more than it. Then one of them said to the other: You keep narrating the hadith as you heard it, and I will keep narrating the hadith as I heard it.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that we set out on the Hajj journey with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Throughout the journey, we recited the Talbiyah for Hajj aloud, but when we had performed the Tawaf of the House of Allah, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Make it Umrah." Thus, when the eighth of Dhul-Hijjah came, we recited the Talbiyah for Hajj.

When he looks at her face, it will be clearer than a mirror, and even the smallest pearl on her body will be enough to illuminate the space between the east and the west. She will come and greet him with salam, and he will reply to her and ask, "Who are you?" She will say, "I am yours as an extra reward." She will be wearing seventy garments, the least of which will be extremely soft, and they will be made from the Tuba tree. Despite this, the gaze of the dweller of Paradise will penetrate through to her body, and he will see the marrow of her shin from behind. On her head will be such a magnificent crown that even the smallest pearl of it will illuminate the space between the east and the west.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that someone asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about the Day of Judgment, "which will be fifty thousand years long," how long will it be? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: By Him in Whose hand is my soul, for a Muslim that day will be lighter than the obligatory prayer he used to offer in the world.

And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Gatherings are of three types: safe (protected from sins), profitable (in which good deeds are gained as spoils), and idle (full of useless talk).
Hadith 11719
And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) explained "and raised couches" by saying: By Him in Whose hand is my soul, their height will be like the distance between the heaven and the earth, and between them is a distance of five hundred years.

And it is narrated with the previous chain that I asked, "O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! Who will be the most excellent person in the sight of Allah among all the servants on the Day of Resurrection?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Those who remember Allah abundantly." Then I asked, "O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him)! Will their rank be even higher than that of the Mujahid (may Allah be pleased with him)?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Even if he strikes the disbelievers and polytheists with his sword until his sword breaks and he becomes covered in blood, still the rank of those who remember (Allah) will be superior to them."

And it is narrated with the previous chain that a man migrated from Yemen to the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: You have migrated from shirk, but jihad remains. Are your parents present in Yemen? He said: Yes. The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked: Do you have permission from them to participate in jihad? He said: No. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Go back to your parents and seek their permission. If they give permission, then very good; otherwise, treat them kindly.

And it is narrated with the previous chain that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: The lowest rank in Paradise will be of that man who will have eighty thousand servants, seventy-two wives, and for him there will be erected a tent of pearls, rubies, and emeralds so vast that the distance between Jabiyah and Sana'a will be its span.

And it is narrated with the previous chain that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Whoever adopts one degree of humility for the sake of Allah, Allah raises him one degree, until He makes him reach "Illiyyin." And it is narrated with the previous chain that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his guest. It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) distributed some things among the Quraysh and other Arab tribes, and nothing from it came to the share of the Ansar. This matter came to their minds and such talk became frequent, until one man even said that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) has joined his own people. Hearing this, Hazrat Sa’d bin Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him) presented himself in the court of the Prophet and said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! The Ansar tribe is burdened in their minds regarding you, that what method did you adopt in distributing this war booty: you distributed it among your own people and gave large gifts to the Arab tribes, and the Ansar did not get any share from it." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked him, "Sa’d! On which side are you in this matter?" He replied, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! What is my status? I am only one individual of my people, and what else am I besides that?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Gather your people regarding this matter." So Hazrat Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) went out and gathered everyone. Some Muhajireen also came, and Hazrat Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) let them go in, so they went inside. Some other Muhajireen came, but he stopped them. In short, when everyone had gathered, Hazrat Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) presented himself in the court of the Prophet and said that the Ansar have gathered. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to them, and after praising and glorifying Allah, said, "O group of Ansar! What are these things that are reaching me from your side, that you have some displeasure? Were you not in misguidance, and Allah honored you with guidance? Were you not in financial hardship, and Allah honored you with wealth? Were you not enemies of one another, and Allah placed love for each other in your hearts?" They said, "It is Allah and His Messenger’s favor and kindness." Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Why do you not answer me regarding my words? By Allah! If you wish, you could say—and you would be truthful in it—you came to us when your own people had abandoned you, we gave you refuge; you came to us in a state of fear, we gave you security. Are you not pleased that people take away cows and goats, and you take the Messenger of Allah with you and return to your homes? By Him in Whose hand is the life of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), if people walk on one path and you walk on another, I will choose your path. O Allah! Have mercy on the Ansar, their sons, and their grandsons." At this, they all began to weep until their beards became wet with their tears, and they said, "We are pleased with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding our share and the distribution." After this, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) returned, and the people also dispersed.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: When Yajuj and Majuj are released and they will emerge upon the people as Allah Almighty has said, that they will descend from every height, then they will spread over the face of the earth and the Muslims will withdraw into their cities and fortresses. Yajuj and Majuj will seize their livestock and drink up all the water of the earth, so much so that some of them will pass by a river and drink all its water, leaving it dry. Then others from among them will pass by it and say, "There must have been water here once." In short, when there will be no human left on the face of the earth except those who have secured themselves in fortresses or cities, one of them will say, "We have dealt with the people of the earth, now only the people of the sky remain." Saying this, he will shake his spear and throw it towards the sky, and the spear will be returned to them covered in blood as a trial and test for them. Meanwhile, Allah will send a worm like a locust upon their necks, which will appear at their necks, and all of them will die at once, and the next day not a single sound will be heard from them. The Muslims will say among themselves, "Is there anyone who will risk his life to go and see what has become of this enemy?" So a man, with the intention of reward, thinking that he will be killed, will descend from the fortress and see that they are all dead, their corpses lying on top of each other. At that time, he will call out, "O group of Muslims! Glad tidings for you, Allah has sufficed you against your enemy." Thus, the Muslims will come out of their cities and fortresses, and when their animals go out to graze, the flesh of Yajuj and Majuj will be spread everywhere for them to eat, and by eating it, they will become so healthy and fat that they will never have been so healthy from any grass or the like.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Soon a people will come out of Hell, who will have been burnt and become like coal. The people of Paradise will keep pouring water over them continuously until they grow forth like the rubbish that grows forth in the flow of a flood.
Hadith 11733
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no fasting on the day of Eid. No woman should travel for three days without a mahram, and except for three mosques—namely, Masjid al-Haram, Masjid an-Nabawi, and Masjid al-Aqsa—no riding beast should be prepared specifically for the purpose of traveling to any other mosque.
Hadith 11734
And it is narrated that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was bidding farewell to a person, he asked him, "Where do you intend to travel?" He replied, "I intend to go to Bayt al-Maqdis." So the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "The reward for praying one prayer in this mosque, excluding Masjid al-Haram, is a thousand times greater than in all other mosques."
Hadith 11735
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: On the Day of Resurrection, you will be questioned about everything, even to the extent that you will be asked: When you saw a sinful act being committed, why did you not prevent it? Then, the one to whom Allah grants understanding will say: O Lord! I hoped for Your forgiveness, but I feared the people.

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: In earlier times there was a man whom Allah had blessed abundantly with wealth and children. When his time of death approached, he called his sons and asked them, "What kind of father have I been to you?" They replied, "The best father." He said, "But your father has never done any good deed. Therefore, when I die, burn me in fire, crush my ashes, and scatter them in the sea on a windy day." He took a promise from them regarding this, and they promised. After his death, they fulfilled the promise. Allah said "Be" and he stood alive before Him. Allah asked him, "Why did you do this?" He replied, "Out of fear of You." By the One in whose hand is the life of Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), Allah rewarded him for this by forgiving him.
Hadith 11737
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade making and using nabidh in a pitcher.
Hadith 11738
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Mounts should not be prepared for a journey except to three mosques: Masjid al-Haram, Masjid al-Nabawi, and Masjid al-Aqsa."

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Among the people of Hell, the person who will have the lightest punishment will be the one who will have two sandals of fire on his feet, and because of them his brain will boil like a cauldron. Some people, along with other punishments, will be sunk in fire up to their ankles; some people, along with other punishments, will be sunk in fire up to the bridge of their nose; some people, along with other punishments, will be sunk in fire up to their chest; and some people, along with other punishments, will be completely sunk in fire.
