It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) married me after the death of Hazrat Khadijah (may Allah be pleased with her) and two or three years before the migration to Madinah, when I was seven years old. When we came to Madinah, one day some women came to me while I was swinging on a swing, and due to severe fever, much of my hair had fallen out and only a little was left. They took me and began to prepare me, and after adorning and beautifying me, they brought me to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had privacy with me; at that time I was nine years old.

I saw him through the hole in the door, that there was dust on his head and he said, "O Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), have you taken off your armor? We have not yet taken off our armor. It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that a companion of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to the presence of the Prophet, sat in front of him and said, "O Messenger of Allah! I have some slaves; they lie to me, commit dishonesty, and do not obey me. Then I beat them and speak harshly to them. What will be my situation with regard to them?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Their dishonesty, lying, and disobedience and your punishment will all be accounted for. If your punishment is less than their crimes, it will be better for you. If your punishment is equal to their sins, then the matter will be settled equally—neither for you nor against you. And if your punishment exceeds their sins, then the excess will be taken from you." Upon this, the man began to weep and cry out in front of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "What has happened to him? Does he not read this verse in the Noble Qur'an: 'And We shall set up the scales of justice for the Day of Resurrection, so no soul will be dealt with unjustly at all. And if there is [even] the weight of a mustard seed, We will bring it forth. And sufficient are We as accountant.'" The man said, "O Messenger of Allah! I do not find any better solution than to separate all these slaves from myself. Therefore, I make you a witness that they are all free."

Abdullah says that all the remaining hadiths ahead I found written in my father's manuscript in his own handwriting. It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) never hit any servant or any wife, nor did he ever strike anyone with his own hand except when he was fighting in the way of Allah. If anyone showed disrespect towards the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he never took revenge on that person, but if the sanctities of Allah were violated, he would take revenge for the sake of Allah. And whenever two things were presented before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and one of them was easier, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would choose the easier one, unless it was a sin. If it was a sin, then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would keep himself farther from it than anyone else.
