The Prophet (peace be upon him) turned towards us and said, "You will be subjected to the same trial as the Jews." After some time, one day the Prophet (peace be upon him) said to me, "Do you know that revelation has come to me that you will be tested in your graves?" After that, I always heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) seeking refuge from the punishment of the grave.

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to say in a state of good health that when the time came for a prophet’s soul to be taken, after his soul was taken, his reward was shown to him, then he was returned and given the choice whether he wished to be returned to that reward and joined with it (or sent back to the world). During the illness of death, the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) head was on my thigh when he fell unconscious. When he regained consciousness, the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) eyes looked towards the ceiling and he said, “O Allah! Join me with the Highest Companion.” I understood that this was the same thing the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to say in a state of good health.

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: On that day, every person will be in such a state that will make him unconcerned about others.

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever has received a favor from someone should repay it, and whoever is unable to do so should at least mention it in a good manner, for mentioning it in a good manner is also a way of expressing gratitude. It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: O Aisha! The first people to be destroyed among the people will be your people. I asked, "May Allah sacrifice me for you, do you mean the people of Banu Taym?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: No, rather this tribe of Quraysh. Desires will be adorned before them and people will withdraw from them, and they will be the first to be destroyed. I asked, "Then what will remain of the people after them?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: It will be a disease in which the strong will consume the weak, and upon them the Hour will be established.

Sa’d bin Hisham says that once I presented myself before Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and said: O Mother of the Believers! Tell me about the character of the Prophet (peace be upon him). She replied: The character of the Prophet (peace be upon him) was the Qur’an itself. Do you not read the Qur’an? Allah the Exalted says: «وَإِنَّكَ لَعَلَى خُلُقٍ عَظِيمٍ» [سورۃ القلم، آیت 4] I said: I wish to become a recluse. She said: Do not do so. Do you not read in the Noble Qur’an: «لَقَدْ كَانَ لَكُمْ فِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ أُسْوَةٌ حَسَنَةٌ» [سورۃ الأحزاب، آیت 21] There is indeed for you in the Messenger of Allah an excellent example. Hazrat Aisha says that if the Prophet (peace be upon him) had seen the condition of the women of today, he would surely have forbidden them from coming to the mosques, just as the women of Bani Israel were forbidden.
Hadith 24603
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that the scene is still before my eyes when I used to braid the collars of the sacrificial animals, that is, goats, of the Prophet (peace be upon him). I asked, "O Messenger of Allah! Why do you often make these supplications?" I said: Did Allah Almighty not say, "Soon an easy reckoning will be taken"? The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: That will not be an actual reckoning; that will be a mere presentation. Once, in the presence of Hazrat Aisha, some people were mentioned who would recite the Qur'an once or twice in a single night. Hazrat Aisha said that for such people, reciting or not reciting is the same. I used to spend the whole night in prayer with the Prophet (peace be upon him), and even then, the Prophet (peace be upon him) would only be able to recite Surah Al-Imran and Surah An-Nisa, because whenever the Prophet (peace be upon him) would come across a verse that contained a warning, he would seek refuge with Allah and supplicate, and whenever he would come across a verse containing glad tidings, he would supplicate to Allah and express his desire for it.
Hadith 24610
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that a woman asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) if a woman sees a "dream" and observes the effects of "water," should she also perform ghusl (ritual bath)? The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied: Yes! Hazrat Aisha said to that woman, "May your hands be dusted" (does a woman also experience such a condition?). The Prophet (peace be upon him) said to her, "Leave her, the resemblance of the child to its parents is due to this: if the woman's 'water' prevails over the man's 'water,' the child resembles her maternal relatives, and if the man's 'water' prevails over the woman's, the child resembles him."

It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha that once a poor woman came to me carrying her two daughters. I gave her three dates. She gave one date each to her daughters and brought one date to her mouth to eat herself, but at that moment her daughters asked her for more dates. So she divided that date into two parts and gave them to her daughters. I was greatly amazed at this incident. Later, I mentioned this incident to the Prophet (peace be upon him), and the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Allah Almighty has made Paradise obligatory for that woman because of this and has freed her from Hell.
