حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ اطَّلَعَ عَلَى قَوْمٍ فِي بَيْتِهِمْ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ ، فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُمْ أَنْ يَفْقَؤُوا عَيْنَهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: If a person looks into someone’s house without his permission and he throws a pebble at him which causes his eye to be blinded, there is no sin upon him.
