(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ ، وَحَبِيبٍ الْمُعَلِّمِ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَقَيْسٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، أَحْسِبُهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَا يَجُوزُ لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَمْرٌ فِي مَالِهَا إِذَا مَلَكَ زَوْجُهَا عِصْمَتَهَا " .
It is narrated, most likely as a marfu’ hadith, from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that a woman’s statement regarding her wealth will be effective when her husband has become the owner of her chastity.
