(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُطَّلِبِ الْمَخْزُومِيَّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بن عمر بن عبد العزيز ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ السَّهْمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is killed while protecting his wealth is a martyr."
