Musnad Ahmad 6824 — Musnad of Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ خَلِيفَةَ بْنِ خَيَّاطٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، " خَطَبَ وَأَسْنَدَ ظَهْرَهُ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ " ، فَذَكَرَهُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the occasion of the conquest of Makkah, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) delivered a sermon: "And he placed his back against the Ka'bah..." Then the narrator mentioned the complete hadith.
