(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ أَبِي مُرَيَّةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَوْ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " النَّفَّاخَانِ فِي السَّمَاءِ الثَّانِيَةِ ، رَأْسُ أَحَدِهِمَا بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَرِجْلَاهُ بِالْمَغْرِبِ " ، أَوْ قَالَ : " رَأْسُ أَحَدِهِمَا بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَرِجْلَاهُ بِالْمَشْرِقِ ، يَنْتَظِرَانِ مَتَى يُؤْمَرَانِ يَنْفُخَانِ فِي الصُّورِ ، فَيَنْفُخَانِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The angel who will blow the trumpet is in the second heaven; one of them has his head in the east and his feet in the west, and they are waiting for the command as to when they will be ordered to blow the trumpet so that they may blow it."
