(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " خَيْرُ نِسَائِهَا مَرْيَمُ بِنْتُ عِمْرَانَ ، وَخَيْرُ نِسَائِهَا خَدِيجَةُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali, may Allah be pleased with him, that I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say: The best of women is Lady Maryam bint Imran, peace be upon her, and the best of women is Lady Khadijah, may Allah be pleased with her.
