(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " كَانَ يُخْرَجُ بِالْعَنَزَةِ مَعَهُ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ وَالْأَضْحَى ، لِأَنْ يَرْكُزَهَا ، فَيُصَلِّيَ إِلَيْهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to go out on the occasions of the two Eids carrying a spear with him, so that he could plant it and pray in front of it.
