(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْهَاشِمِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " الرُّؤْيَا الصَّالِحَةُ جُزْءٌ مِنْ سَبْعِينَ جُزْءًا مِنَ النُّبُوَّةِ ، فَمَنْ رَأَى خَيْرًا فَلْيَحْمَدْ اللَّهَ عَلَيْهِ ، وَلْيَذْكُرْهُ ، وَمَنْ رَأَى غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ فَلْيَسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ شَرِّ رُؤْيَاهُ ، وَلَا يَذْكُرْهَا ، فَإِنَّهَا لَا تَضُرُّهُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A good dream is one of the seventy parts of prophethood, so whoever sees a good dream should thank Allah for it and relate it. And if someone sees a bad dream, he should seek refuge with Allah from the evil of that dream and should not relate it to anyone; in this way, that dream will not harm him.
