(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْمُطَّلِبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُطَّلِبِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ , أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ : " كَانَ يَتَوَضَّأُ ثَلَاثًا ثَلَاثًا " , وَيُسْنِدُ ذَلِكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
Matlab bin Abdullah says that Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) used to wash the limbs of wudu three times each, and he attributed this to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
