(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَأَوْمَأَ بِيَدِهِ نَحْوَ الْمَشْرِقِ : " هَاهُنَا الْفِتْنَةُ ، هَاهُنَا الْفِتْنَةُ ، حَيْثُ يَطْلُعُ قَرْنُ الشَّيْطَانِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying that he pointed with his hand towards the east and said twice: "The trial will emerge from here, from where the horn of Satan will emerge."
