(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : نَهَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَنْ أَجْعَلَ خَاتَمِي فِي هَذِهِ السَّبَّاحَةِ ، أَوْ الَّتِي تَلِيهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade me from wearing a ring on the index finger or the one next to it.
