(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَأَشَارَ بِيَدِهِ نَحْوَ الْمَشْرِقِ ، فَقَالَ : " هَا ، إِنَّ الْفِتَنَ مِنْ هَاهُنَا ، إِنَّ الْفِتَنَ مِنْ هَاهُنَا ، إِنَّ الْفِتَنَ مِنْ هَاهُنَا ، مِنْ حَيْثُ يَطْلُعُ قَرْنُ الشَّيْطَانِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) pointed with his hand towards the east and said three times: "The trial will emerge from here, from where the horn of Satan will emerge."
