(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الرُّقْبَى ، وَقَالَ : " مَنْ أُرْقِبَ فَهُوَ لَهُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade Raqba (giving a house or land to someone until a certain person's death) and said: "Whoever Raqba is made for, it belongs to him."
