(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي الْمُجَالِدِ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ انْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهِ لِيَفْضَحَهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا ، فَضَحَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى رُؤُوسِ الْأَشْهَادِ ، قِصَاصٌ بِقِصَاصٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever denies his child's lineage from himself in this world in order to disgrace him, Allah Almighty will disgrace him on the Day of Resurrection in the presence of all witnesses; this is recompense in kind."
