(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، وَعُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، وابن عون ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ مَا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ ؟ قَالَ : " يَقْتُلُ الْعَقْرَبَ ، وَالْفُوَيْسِقَةَ ، وَالْحِدَأَةَ ، وَالْغُرَابَ ، وَالْكَلْبَ الْعَقُورَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once someone asked the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Which animals can a Muhrim kill? The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A scorpion, a mouse, a kite, a crow, and a rabid dog can be killed."
