Musnad Ahmad 3853 — Musnad of Abdullah ibn Mas'ud
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ " كَانَ يَقْرَأُ : فَهَلْ مِنْ مُدَّكِرٍ سورة القمر آية 15 " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to recite this verse in this way: « ﴿وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِنْ مُدَّكِرٍ﴾ » .
