(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، وَأَبُو النَّضْرِ ، وأَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، قَالُوا : حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، عَنْ صَفْقَتَيْنِ فِي صَفْقَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ " قَالَ أَسْوَدُ قَالَ شَرِيكٌ : قَالَ سِمَاكٌ : الرَّجُلُ يَبِيعُ الْبَيْعَ ، فَيَقُولُ هُوَ بِنَسَاءٍ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا ، وَهُوَ بِنَقْدٍ بِكَذَا وَكَذَا .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade combining two transactions in one matter. The narrator explains its meaning as: that a person says, "This item is for such-and-such price if bought on credit, and for such-and-such price if paid in cash."
