(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّا لَا نُورَثُ ، مَا تَرَكْنَا صَدَقَةٌ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Inheritance is not established in our wealth; whatever we leave behind is charity."
