حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ الْمُعَلِّمُ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ أَخْبَرَهُ : أَنَّ عُمَرَ بَيْنَا هُوَ يَخْطُبُ . . . فَذَكَرَهُ .
