From the Musnad of Banu Hashim
مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَا

Musnad Ahmad 3083 — Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنِي وَهْبُ بْنُ مَانُوسَ الْعَدَنِيُّ ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَعِيدَ بْنَ جُبَيْرٍ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ إِذَا رَفَعَ رَأْسَهُ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ ، قَالَ : " سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ " ثُمَّ يَقُولُ : " اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ ، مِلْءَ السَّمَاء ، وَمِلْءَ الْأَرْضِ ، وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ بَعْدُ " .
It is narrated, most likely as a marfu’ report, from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would raise his head from ruku’, after saying «سَمِعَ اللّٰهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ», he would say: «اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ مِلْءَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمِلْءَ الْأَرْضِ وَمِلْءَ مَا شِئْتَ مِنْ شَيْءٍ بَعْدُ» “O Allah! O our Lord! All praise is for You, which fills the heavens and fills the earth and fills whatever else You will.”
