مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَا

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ سَيْفِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ " . قَالَ عَمْرٌو : إِنَّمَا ذَاكَ فِي الْأَمْوَالِ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) once gave a verdict based on one witness and an oath from the claimant.
