مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَا

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سَيْفُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْمَكِّيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالشَّاهِدِ وَالْيَمِينِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) once gave a verdict based on one witness and an oath from the claimant.
