حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ , عَنْ سُفْيَانَ , عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ , عَنْ شَهْرٍ , عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ , قَالَتْ : أَتَانَا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأُتِيَ بِلَبَنٍ , فَقَالَ : " أَتَشْرَبِينَ ؟ " , قُلْنَ : لَا نَشْتَهِيهِ , فَقَالَ : " لَا تَجْمَعْنَ كَذِبًا وَجُوعًا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Asma (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to us, and milk was presented to him. He asked the women: "Will you also drink?" They replied: "We do not desire it." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not combine hunger and falsehood."
