From the Musnad of the Tribes
وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ أُخْتِ الضَّحَّاكِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا
And from the hadith of Fatimah bint Qays, the sister of al-Dahhak ibn Qays (may Allah be pleased with her)
Musnad Ahmad 27330 — And from the hadith of Fatimah bint Qays
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَطَاءٌ , عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ قَيْسٍ , أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " لَمْ يَجْعَلْ لَهَا سُكْنَى وَلَا نَفَقَةً " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Fatimah bint Qais (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not prescribe residence and maintenance for a woman who has been given three divorces.
