Musnad Ahmad 26610 — Hadith of Umm Salamah, wife of the Prophet

It is narrated from Hazrat Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her) that sometimes, at the time of morning, ghusl (ritual bath) would become obligatory upon the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) by choice, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would still observe fasting.
