Musnad Ahmad 26226 — Supplement to the Musnad of ‘A’ishah
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ , حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ , عَنْ قَتَادَةَ , عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ , عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " لَا تُقْبَلُ صَلَاةُ حَائِضٍ إِلَّا بِخِمَارٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The prayer of an adult girl is not accepted without a head covering (dupatta).
