حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنِ الْأَزْرَقِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ ذَكْوَانَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " كَانَ يُصَلِّي عَلَى الْخُمْرَةِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to pray on a mat.
