حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ أَخِي يَحْيَي بْنِ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " كَسْرُ عَظْمِ الْمَيِّتِ ، كَكَسْرِهِ وَهُوَ حَيٌّ " . قَالَ : يَرَوْنَ أَنَّهُ فِي الْإِثْمِ . قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ : أَظُنُّهُ قَوْلَ دَاوُدَ.
It is narrated from Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Breaking the bone of a deceased Muslim is like breaking the bone of a living person.
