حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، أَنْبَأَنِي الْحَكَمُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ بِلَالٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَمْسَحُ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ وَالْخِمَارِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Bilal Habshi (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) wiped (performed masah) over his leather socks and turban.
