مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَا

Musnad Ahmad 2329 — Musnad of Abdullah ibn al-Abbas ibn Abd
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ بْن أَحْمَد وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَيْسَ مِنَّا مَنْ لَمْ يُوَقِّرْ الْكَبِيرَ ، وَيَرْحَمْ الصَّغِيرَ ، وَيَأْمُرْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ ، وَيَنْهَى عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) in a marfu’ form that: He is not one of us who does not respect elders, does not show kindness to the young, and does not enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong.
