مُسْنَدُ عَبْدِ اللّٰهِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ رَضِيَ اللّٰهُ عَنْهُمَا

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَامَ حَتَّى نَفَخَ ، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) lay down until he began to snore, then when the muezzin came, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up for prayer and did not perform ablution again.
