وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
And from the hadith of Jarir ibn Abdullah from the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Musnad Ahmad 19252 — And from the hadith of Jarir ibn Abdullah
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، وَأَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ وَهُوَ الضَّرِيرُ ، قَالَ : حدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ السُّلَمِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ الْعَبْسِيِّ ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ يُحْرَمْ الرِّفْقَ يُحْرَمْ الْخَيْرَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever is deprived of gentleness is deprived of goodness.
