وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
And from the hadith of Jarir ibn Abdullah from the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Musnad Ahmad 19245 — And from the hadith of Jarir ibn Abdullah
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى هُوَ ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنْ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ ، قَالَ : " بَايَعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى إِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ ، وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ ، وَالنُّصْحِ لِكُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I pledged allegiance to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on the conditions of establishing prayer, paying zakat, wishing well for every Muslim, and expressing disavowal from the disbelievers.
