وَمِنْ حَدِيثِ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
And from the hadith of Jarir ibn Abdullah from the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Musnad Ahmad 19169 — And from the hadith of Jarir ibn Abdullah
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ جَرِيرًا ، يَقُولُ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمْ النَّاسَ لَا يَرْحَمْهُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " . .
It is narrated from Hazrat Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever does not show mercy to people, Allah Almighty does not show mercy to him. The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain of transmission.
