Musnad Ahmad 18574 — Hadith of al-Bara’ ibn ‘Azib
حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ . وَابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ ، وَابْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى .
Hashim narrated to us, Shubah narrated to us, from ‘Adi ibn Thabit, from Al-Bara’ ibn ‘Azib, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) similarly. And Ibn Ja‘far, in this hadith, said: I heard Al-Bara’ and Ibn Abi Awfa.
