(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ شِنْظِيرٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ , أَنَّهُ كَانَ رِدْفَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ ، وَكَانَتْ جَارِيَةٌ خَلْفَ أَبِيهَا فَجَعَلْتُ أَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهَا ، فَجَعَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَصْرِفُ وَجْهِي عَنْهَا ، فَلَمْ يَزَلْ مِنْ جَمْعٍ إِلَى مِنًى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يُلَبِّي حَتَّى رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ " .
Sayyiduna Fadl (may Allah be pleased with him) says that on the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah, I was riding behind the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). While the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was still moving, a Bedouin came, bringing with him his beautiful daughter seated behind him. He became engaged in conversation with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and I began to look at the girl. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) noticed me and turned my face away from her. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) continued reciting the Talbiyah until he reached the stoning of Jamrat al-Aqabah.
