Musnad Ahmad 18039 — Hadith of Fayruz al-Daylami
حَدَّثَنَا هَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَارِجَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ضَمْرَةُ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ، عَنِ ابْنِ فَيْرُوزَ الدَّيْلَمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيُنْقَضَنَّ الْإِسْلَامُ عُرْوَةً عُرْوَةً ، كَمَا يُنْقَضُ الْحَبْلُ قُوَّةً قُوَّةً " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Firoz (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A time will certainly come when the rope of Islam will be untwisted strand by strand, just as an ordinary rope is unraveled fiber by fiber.
