Musnad Ahmad 17628 — Hadith of Busar ibn Arta'ah
حَدَّثَنَا هَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَارِجَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ بْنِ حَلْبَسٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ أَرْطَاةَ الْقُرَشِيِّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدْعُو اللَّهُمَّ : " أَحْسِنْ عَاقِبَتَنَا فِي الْأُمُورِ كُلِّهَا ، وَأَجِرْنَا مِنْ خِزْيِ الدُّنْيَا وَعَذَابِ الْآخِرَةِ " ، قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ هَيْثَمٍ.
It is narrated from Hazrat Basar (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) supplicating: O Allah! Grant us a good outcome in all matters and protect us from the disgrace of this world and the punishment of the Hereafter.
