حَدِیث اَبِی رِمثَةَ التَّیمِیِّ وَیقَال : التَّمِیمِیِّ رَضِیَ اللَّه تَعَالَى عَنه
Hadith of Abu Rimthah At-Taymi, and it is said: At-Tamimi (may Allah be pleased with him)
Musnad Ahmad 17494 — Hadith of Abu Rimthah At-Taymi, and it is said
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ صَالِحٍ ، عَنْ إِيَادِ بْنِ لَقِيطٍ ، عن أَبِي رِمْثَةَ التَّمِيمِيِّ قَالَ : كُنْتُ مَعَ أَبِي ، فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَوَجَدْنَاهُ جَالِسًا فِي ظِلِّ الْكَعْبَةِ ، وَعَلَيْهِ بُرْدَانِ أَخْضَرَانِ .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Rimtha (may Allah be pleased with him) that I presented myself before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) along with my father. We saw that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was sitting in the shade of the Ka'bah, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) was wearing two green sheets.
