Musnad Ahmad 17378 — Hadith of Uqbah ibn Amir Al-Juhani
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ قَيْسٍ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ الجُهني ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أُنْزِلَتْ عَلَيَّ آيَاتٌ لَمْ يُرَ مِثْلُهُنَّ " أَوْ " لَمْ نَرَ مِثْلَهُنَّ " يَعْنِي الْمُعَوِّذَتَيْنِ .
It is narrated from Hazrat Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Two such Surahs have been revealed to me, the like of which there is no other Surah; by this he meant the Mu'awwidhatayn.
