حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " لَا قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ وَلَا كَثَرٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Rafi' (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: The hand will not be cut off for stealing fruit or buds.
