حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَا قَطْعَ فِي ثَمَرٍ ، وَلَا كَثَرٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Rafi' (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: The hand will not be cut off for stealing fruit or buds.
