حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ ، يَقُولُ : مَا سَمِعَ الشِّيبُ وَلَا الشُّبَّانُ خطبة مثلها.
Imam Sha'bi (may Allah have mercy on him) said that neither any young nor old person would have heard such a sermon.
