Musnad Ahmad 16643 — Hadith of Mu‘adh ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Khubayb
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ شَيْخٌ صَالِحٌ حَسَنُ الْهَيْئَةِ مَدِينِيٌّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ خُبَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ ، قَالَ : " كُنَّا فِي مَجْلِسٍ فَطَلَعَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَذَكَرَهُ " .
Mu'adh bin Abdullah narrates with his chain that once we were sitting in a gathering when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came... Then the narrator mentioned the entire hadith.
